Profile - Mr Joel Domanic

Joel’s journey in pest control began in his childhood,

rooted in his late father’s company, People’s Pest

Control, established in 2000. Growing up, Joel spent

countless hours learning the trade firsthand—following

his father on-site, understanding pest behaviour,

mastering treatment techniques, and developing a

deep respect for honest, quality service.

After his father’s passing, operations slowed, but

Joel’s skills did not go unnoticed. His family depended

heavily on him, relying on his natural talent, hands-on

knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. By the age of

17, Joel had already taken up major responsibilities,

even managing long-standing accounts such as

Ajinomoto—one of the deals he vividly remembers his

father securing before his passing.

Though Joel ventured into various industries over the

years, including marketing—where he earned his

Diploma in Marketing—his heart always returned to

pest control. It was more than a job. It was a legacy. A

calling. A craft passed down from father to son.

Today, Joel continues that legacy with renewed

purpose. By rebranding from People’s Pest Control to

JD PestEco Solutions, he modernizes the family trade

with eco-friendly practices while honouring the

foundation built by his late father. His mission is clear:

to provide professional, reliable, and environmentally

responsible pest solutions that bring customers true

peace of mind.
